SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS 12:00:01 AM MDT NOVEMBER 12, 2012; ENDS 11:59:59 PM MDT DECEMBER 6, 2012.

ELIGIBILITY: Red Robin International, Inc.’s Bring My Burger Back Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Void where prohibited.

TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins on November 12, 2012 at 12:00:01 a.m. Mountain Daylight Time ("MDT") and ends on December 6, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. MDT (the "Promotional Period").

ENTRY DETAILS: There are several ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

1) Go to www.redrobin.com/burgerback or www.burgerback.com. Click on the “Start Voting” link and vote for your favorite burger past; one vote per day will equate to one entry into the sweepstakes.
2) You can receive a second entry into the sweepstakes each day by entering your Red Robin Royalty Club member information each time you cast a daily vote; and
3) You can also receive an entry when you share the link to your favorite burger on Facebook or Twitter. You will receive an additional entry into the Sweepstakes for each friend who clicks on the link.

PRIZES: As part of the promotion, Red Robin will award 2 daily prizes throughout the promotion period. Two eligible entrants will be randomly selected each day during the Promotional Period (“Daily Winner”). Each Daily Winner will receive 1 $50 Red Robin Gift Card.

Red Robin will also select 5 Grand Prize Winners at the end of the Promotional Period. Each Grand Prize Winner will be awarded a $500 Red Robin Gift Card. The Grand Prize Winners will be drawn from the 10 eligible entrants who have the most sweepstakes entries through their individual daily votes outlined above.

All information provided by entrant must be complete, true and correct. A prize is non-transferable and no substitutions will be made for a prize except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with receiving the prize and its use. Total retail value of all prizes: $5,000. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotional Period. Limit: One (1) daily prize per person, and one (1) grand prize per person.

RULES & LIMITATIONS: Employees of Red Robin International, Inc., any of its respective affiliates or subsidiaries, or advertising and promotion agencies or suppliers involved in this promotion and the immediate family members (mother, father, sister, brother, husband, wife, daughter, son, step-father, step-mother, step-daughter, step-son, step-brother, step-sister, half-brother, half-sister) and those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes or to win a prize. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Materials or data, if any, submitted by entrants become the property of the Sponsor and Sponsor will not return such materials or data. By accepting a prize, winner consents to the Sponsor’s use of his or her name and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By accepting a prize, winners agree to hold Red Robin International, Inc. and its respective directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any claims and liabilities arising out of the prize winner’s use or misuse of such prize. Winners assume all liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this Sweepstakes or use/misuse of any prize. Sponsor reserves the right to prohibit an individual from participating in this Sweepstakes if Sponsor suspects the individual has engaged in fraud or tampering, directly or through others, with respect to this Sweepstakes or any other promotion of Sponsor, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation as stated herein or with any provision in these Official Rules. Incomplete or ineligible entries will be void. Sponsor is not responsible for malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software, or lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, garbled, postage-due or misdirected entries. Sponsor is not responsible for problems downloading prize selections, virus or damage caused or claimed to be caused to entrant's computer or other technical problems related to online access of the Sweepstakes site. Proof that an entrant has submitted an entry is not proof of receipt by Sponsor. Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or like methods of participation will void those submissions and disqualify those entrants at Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes materials.

SELECTION: By entering, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and that the decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all respects. Winner selection will be completed by December 10, 2012, and potential winners will be notified by email. Sponsor will make three attempts to contact winner. Potential winners may be required to sign and return a sworn Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release. If a potential winner does not return the required documentation to Red Robin within five (5) business days of delivery, or such notice is returned as undeliverable, any prize will be forfeited and Red Robin will select an alternate winner.

DISPUTES: Any dispute relating to the Sweepstakes (including, without limitation, a dispute as to whether an entrant has complied with all of these Official Rules) shall be resolved by the Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, and the decision of the Sponsor shall be final and binding on all entrants. Additionally, except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts of Colorado; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but excluding attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules and/or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Colorado, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Colorado.

PRIVACY: Sponsor will use any personally identifiable information (“PII”) collected from persons that enter this Sweepstakes and any PII Sponsor obtains from other persons in administering this Sweepstakes in a manner consistent with the privacy policy posted at http://www.redrobin.com/privacypolicy, as modified by these Official Rules. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrant consents to Sponsor’s use of entrant’s entry information for marketing purposes and for all purposes set forth in these Official Rules.

WINNER LIST: For the names of the winners, available after December 10, 2012, send a separate, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Red Robin Bring My Burger Back Sweepstakes Winners, ATTN: Marcie Everett, Red Robin International, Inc., 6312 South Fiddler’s Green Circle, Ste. 200N, Greenwood Village, CO 80111. We must receive your request for the names of the winners by December 31, 2012.
